We had a few last adventures in this beautiful state...
While my parents were in town for Daniel's graduation, we met up with my sis, Luke, and kiddos at Wilder Ranch State Park in Santa Cruz. We hiked to a beach and let the kids run free! Mark took that to heart and ran around naked, which scared off the skittish tourists and we had the beach to ourselves (thanks, Mark!).
Yes, those are tiny baby Nike shoes (thanks, JoAnn & Jamie!) and sunglasses (thanks, Smiths!).
After the movers came and cleared our house and we were left with the only belongings we have access to for the next year (at least half of which are baby items, despite us being bigger and committed to practical minimalism), we went for one last Big Sur drive on Highway 1 and hiked Andrew Molera State Park.
Oh, Big Sur, we'll miss you.

We'll miss you so, California!!! We have a list of favorite Monterey/Bay area hikes, campgrounds, etc. that I'll post in the next month or two.
